As you can see, I don’t forget anyone, not even my frozen strawberries! It’s your lucky day, because I have some fresh juicy gossip. Get out your pom-poms, because I’m going to tell you about Kimberly Tilmann!
That’s right, she is one of the Golden Stars, Jonathanland’s most popular cheerleaders who cheer on the Johngold basketball players! Remember, she’s also the twin sister of Eli, the teenage investigator and adventure seeker I’ve told you about before. I find their family very interesting : their parents are important people and their 10-year-old brother Conrad is smart as a whip! Anyway my chatty strawberries, back to our story… I’ve noticed for some time that Kimmy has been acting strangely. Sometimes, very early in the morning, she locks herself in the kitchen for a few hours and then mysteriously comes out as if nothing had happened. It’s impossible to see what’s going on from the outside because she always closes the window curtains! Even on the rare occasions when Eli wakes up early to get a glass of water and he knocks on the kitchen door to ask his sister what she’s up to, she always replies, “None of your business, kiddo, go back to sleep!” This is very intriguing, as Kimberly always has a reason for doing something.
My suspicions were confirmed when I saw her walking in front of the university recently. I hid in a bush and waited and waited… until a student came out and she walked up to him! I don’t want to tell you how surprised I was! Could she be secretly dating this boy ?
The boy was Light Forrester, a handsome kid with the face of an angel. I swear, with his piercing blue eyes and his perfect haircut, he could be a model for my magic perfume ad, except I haven’t created it yet tagada-ha-ha! I also know that he has a twin brother named Athon Forrester but who has a more unusual physique. Anyway, I was wondering what those two were doing together, but Light seemed surprised. She talked to him quite a bit and after a while he nodded and they shook hands. How weird is that !? Fortunately, I discovered the truth the next day when I went to the event for young foodies. Don’t worry, I transformed myself into a giant strawberry to go unrecognized…
This food event, which takes place every year in San Africa, allows all young Johnlanders under 21 to sell cakes and cookies that they have baked so that they can earn money for their projects, studies, etc. Lili Smooth, the creator of the Little Gourmet Store, had the brilliant idea for this event because she herself would have liked to earn pocket money by baking when she was younger. Every year, this festival attracts many Johnlanders and even people from neighboring towns. Now, guess who I saw at a booth? Kimberly and Light! They were behind a big table covered with cookies of all sizes and colors. All the sweet treats looked so tasty! Well, they were the most successful and sold the most, they even ran out of cookies!
I must say that when money is involved, Kimmy is very clever! She had been testing recipes like a crazy strawberry every morning for a month to bake the most delicious cookies. Also, I finally figured out her scheme and why she convinced Light to team up with her. It’s simple: because Kimmy is so hot, a lot of guys would come to her booth just to see her. As for the girls, many of them visited the booth because Light was very handsome. This young man and young girl have such a great physical resemblance that adults even took them for fraternal twins.
Frankly, I take my hat off to Kimmy, she is incredible to come up with such a plan! It’s crazy though, I can’t believe she’s only 16, because she thinks like a businesswoman. Who knows, maybe she will build an empire like Oprah Winfrey, tagada-ha-ha! I’ll tell you something funny… During the event, Eli Tilmann and his two friends Logan Lost and Johnny Glanderwood came to Kimberly’s booth and Eli asked her if he and his buddies could have some free cookies. Do you know what the funny girl said? That since he was her brother, he should pay twice as much to support her. Between Kimmy and money, it’s a real love story! It’s a good thing my darling strawberries that you don’t do play tricks on me. It would put me in a bad mood and believe me, you wouldn’t like to see Miss Tagada red as an angry apple!
This fundraiser was a great success for Kimmy , as it will let her pay for a trip to Dallas, which she’s dreamed of for a long time. Not for a vacation, no, but for an intensive summer training camp with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. They are the most popular cheerleaders in the U.S. and they will coach Kimberly, her friends Bianka, Ashley, and the entire Golden Stars team for a week. How wonderful for them! Kimberly wanted to pay for her trip herself to show that she is independent. She never ceases to impress me!
